5-Stars ***** Lucid PPF I cannot recommend Rob at Lucid PPF highly enough. His professionalism, transparency, and genuine care for customers are second to none. I initially dealt with Rob when he was at SRS Automotive, where my Porsche Cayenne had repeated issues with the Paint Protection Film (PPF). Over the course of several years, Rob and his team replaced the PPF on four separate occasions — always honouring the warranty and standing by the work without hesitation. Each time, the issue was consistent: water ingress due to a known fault with a batch of ProFilm that was later acknowledged to be defective. Even after the closure of SRS, Rob continued to provide support under his new company, Lucid PPF, with absolutely no obligation to do so. When Porsche initially denied any responsibility for the PPF failure, Rob stepped in to confirm in writing that my vehicle was affected by the faulty batch, explained the root cause (a lack of adhesive in the film), and confirmed that SRS had dealt with a large number of similar warranty cases. His email was crucial in helping me finally get Porsche to accept liability and agree to replace the PPF under warranty. Rob went above and beyond — not just in terms of technical expertise, but also in how he backed me as a customer, long after the original installation. It’s rare to find someone so committed to doing the right thing, even when it’s no longer their legal responsibility. Lucid did a phenomenal job of my SV, having had it to a company in Lancashire that provided me with shocking workmanship and service. Sadly, I learnt the hard way that you only get what you pay for. Lucid are the best at what they do by a country mile. I will never go anywhere else.

We had a vehicle protected at Lucid PPF and the result was perfect. Zoe and her Dad couldn’t do enough and the car was in and out under 2 hours for a bonnet PPF. The PPF is flawless to the point you can hardly even notice it’s there. Highly recommended 5⭐️
